 There's been a few updates in the condition of The Bangz group member, Ella Ann, who was shot earlier this week.
According to the duo's Twitter (@TheBangz), the young singer/rapper has survived three operations, and is showing signs of improvement.
However, she's yet to gain consciousness.
"Good news, Ella hasn't woken up yet, but she has had movement in her fingers and toes! At this rate she will be up and about in no time," tweeted Sabi, one half of The Bangz, on Wednesday (September 16).
Then hours later, she added: "Ella is more active than ever, we jus need her to wake up, wake up sleeping beauty! Thank you 4 everyone's positive energy and prayers."
Ella Ann (real name: Korttney Elliott) was shot twice in the neck earlier this week in Los Angeles. Still, the circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown.
She is one-half of a Los Angeles duo called The Bangz, alongside Sabi (real name: Jenice Portlock). They are known for shedding light on the bubbling jerk movement going on throughout the city.
They've been enjoying success with their single, "Boys With Tattoos (We Jerkin)," which has been amassing major airplay thanks to KPWR-FM (Power 106), and DJ Felli Fel who jumped immediately on the song.
