Hank Baskett and Kendra Wilkinson Headed To Indianapolis -- He Signs To The Colts

2009-09-17 - Hank Baskett and Kendra Just days after news broke that Philadelphia Eagles wideout Hank Baskett was being cut from the team to make room for Michael Vick, the receiver has been picked up by another team.

Baskett, the husband of "Girl Next Door" Kendra Wilkinson, has been signed to the Indianapolis Colts.

The team is in need of a good receiver after losing Anthony Gonzalez to a knee injury, and releasing Marvin Harrison in an attempt to free up cash back in February.

Baskett had 72 catches for 1,052 yards and six touchdowns in 48 games with the Eagles.

There has been rumors that Kendra was upset over his hubby's axing, but she cleared up things on her Twitter page (@KendraWilkinson).

"Please don't listen to stupid lies the media makes up!! I am so proud of Hank n very excited ... thanks for welcoming us Indy," she wrote.

Never liked the eagles,but Hank is a great reciever and man with virtues.I am a colts fan,and didn’t want to see
him in Philly.It’s a disgrace they would put a Man? of M.Vick’s charcter to replace Hank.Now they are closer to
LA.You two will love the Indy 500.

Hank and Kendra…I hope you enjoy your life in Indy. Although I am a STEELER fan, I will be watching the Colts just to watch Hank. I think he is a wonderful ball player and I hope all goes well with your family. I love you both!!!

hey “yay”…why the negative thoughts about Hank? I and alot of other football fans feel he will be a great asset to the colts. What is that all about? Do you not like Hank or what?
