Despite the releases of a new Sandra Bullock comedy and the Gerard Butler action thriller "Gamer," the horror flick "The Final Destination" held on to the top spot at the box office this Labor Day weekend.

After raking in $28.3 million in its opening weekend, "The Final Destination" pulled in another $12.4 in the first three days of his long holiday weekend.

So far, in 10 days, the film has eared a total of $47.6 million.

In at #2 is Sandra Bullock's romantic comedy, "All About Steve," which earned $11.2 million from Friday to Sunday. In the film, Bullock plays a woman who sets out on the road in pursuit of her soul mate.

Right behind that is Quentin Tarantino and Brad Pitt's World War II saga, "Inglourious Basterds," inching up one spot with $10.8 million, putting its three-week total at just over $91 million.

The action tale "Gamer", starring Gerard Butler, debuted at #4 with $9 million. The movie is about real humans controlled by players in lethal games.

"District 9" also climbed a spot to #5, pulling in another $7 million, putting its four-week total at $101 million.

Next week, the box office will see the releases of the horror flick "Sorority Row," the comedy/drama "Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself", the thriller "Whiteout" and the animation flick "9".
