Ludacris To Give Away Cars To 20 Atlanta Residents

As a part of his upcoming "LudaDay Weekend," Atlanta rapper Ludacris plans to give a few of his fans the opportunity to get a new pair of wheels.

With his "Stars for Cars" giveaway, the rapper will gifting 20 lucky Atlanta-area residents with a used car and a month's worth of free gas on Saturday (September 6), via his charity organization.

"I'm going 2 provide Atlanta w/ R own Stimulus package! LudaDay wknd I'm gving away cars," the rapper announced via Twitter.

Luda, and his Ludacris Foundation partnered with Nissan South for the car spree. Fans interested, must be at least 18, willing to pay the taxes, registration and insurance for the vehicle and provide a valid Georgia driver's license.

A 300-word essay explaining why one deserves to win the car must also be submitted via the Ludacris Foundation website (TheLudacrisFoundation.org) by Thursday (September 3).

"LudaDay Weekend" begins Thursday and runs through Sunday (September 6).

After reading that Dikembe Mutombo article first this seems like a joke or just for publicity. Wow you pay taxes, registration, and insurance plus write an essay like you in school basically to beg for it. GTFO Luda got enough money to do way better than that for his hometown.
