Kid, of Kid N Play, Finds New Hustle -- Selling Suits On Local TV

Kid, of the 80s duo Kid 'n Play, is doing what he can to make money on his previous fame these days.
His latest hustle is playng a spokesperson for a local California suit company, who is promoting a 2-for-1 deal.
We spotted this clip on AOL's BlackVoices website, in which Kid (real name: Christopher Ried) hypes of Carson, California's SW Suits (SWSuits.com).
"I'm here to tell you something," Kid says in the commercial. "It's not always about that hip-hop house party stuff. Sometimes you gotta get clean. You're trying to take your lady out, take your mother out, one of your homeboys got shot ... You got things to do, and you can't wear shorts and flip-flops."
These days Kid is getting his stand-comedy on. He tours as a stand-up comedian through the year, and also plans to landing more acting roles in he near future.

AHHHH man.. dat was my boy back in the day tho, we out here man trying to make this money just like you Kid, but u are famous, let some non famous person sell the suites and get his grind on, u can move on to so much other stuff that we are not able to.
