An arrest warrant was been issued for Bobby Brown this week, after he failed to appear in a Massachusetts court on a contempt complaint.

According to the Associated Press, Judge Christina Harms ordered Brown be arrested the next time he sets foot in Massachusetts for missing a hearing in June regarding child support.

The 40-year-old singer has reportedly fallen behind on payments to the tune of $45,000, for the two teenage children he has with former girlfriend Kim Ward.

He's supposed to pay $5,500 a month.

At press time, he had not commented on the news.

This isn't the first time Brown had been in trouble for failed child support payments. In 2007, he served four days in jail.
