"So I wrote lyrics to K-Salaam and Beatnick’s beat that exposes the similarity between the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and the Native American genocide, and the connection between the struggle for justice in Palestine and the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S. Since writing the song, I've learned about even more connections–that the Israeli military has trained U.S. police forces such as the Atlanta Police Department and the Border Patrol. By boycotting Israel, we are also boycotting repressive police tactics in our cities and on our borders," Invincible explains.

Israeli DJ collective Soulico are poised to get asses shaking the world over with their impending album, Exotic On The Speaker, due September 8th on JDub Records. The album is the result of years of creative collaborations and finesse - culminating in 13 club ready tracks featuring the likes of Ghostface, Del the Funky Homosapien, M.I.A. understudy Rye Rye, Pigeon John, Lyrics Born and more. Just recently, the group leaked two tracks from the album; "S.O.S." featuring Pigeon John and Ceci Bastida and "Put Em Up" featuring Lyrics Born. For Kam Moye, the decision to stray away from his original moniker, Supastition, and use his birth name is a reflection on the maturing subject matter and content he plans to explore on his new album. Now, his first album under the new name, Splitting Image, is due October 27 on MYX Music Label. Before the album drops, however, Kam has a special treat for those anticipating the release. Even though he believes "Step By Step" is dope, Kam says, "This is a little something to hold over the listeners. It was originally recorded for the album, but didn't quite make the cut because of me wanting more conceptual songs on the project."
