Come on, Ridah. He represents the NBA whether he likes it or not. His behavior reflects on his employer, as it does for anyone who works for GM, a law firm or a government agency. This is particularly true for someone who is a visible part of the entity. NBA players are certainly visible. If you owned a company, wouldn't you want to make sure the folks who represent your company are not publicly doing things you or, more importantly, your business partners, find distasteful?
