Beyonce Launches Sasha Fierce Collection

2009-07-09 - Sasha Fierce clothing Beyonce has pushed her alter-ego Sasha Fierce heavily since releasing her solo album, I Am ... Sasha Fierce, last year. Now, she's pushing the identity even further with the launch of Sasha's clothing line.

According to Women's Wear Daily, the pop star and her mother Tina Knowles are planning to launch a new junior apparel label, Sasha Fierce for Deréon... just in time for when kids head back to school.

The collection, inspired by Beyoncé’s stage presence, will include sportswear, outerwear, handbags, footwear, eyewear, lingerie and jewelry. It has already been picked up by department stores such as Macy's and Dillard's, as well as specialty stores Jimmy Jazz and Against All Odds.

Tina describes the Sasha Fierce line as "edgier and trendier and reflects Sasha Fierce's daring and outgoing attitude."

"The line really exudes a different side of my personality, which I am grateful that I can express," added Beyonce.

The collection will wholesale from $25 to $75, but is unknown what retail price range will be at press time.

I agree, Beyounce is highly overated. She and Sara Palin are two of the most no talented overated women of our time. I believe they take women’s Lib back 100 years. Dillards use to carry the junk from Hutchie Dereon and the local stores dropped it, one lady told me that the people who purchase it are kinda of Hootchie mama’s. I wish the whole family would just go away. No fashion or singing talent. Just go make babies and be a good wife, you have punished us enough.

The woman is a brand now. She can market the hell out of anything. People will buy her new clothing line and I ain’t gonna hate on that. Most people wish they had 10% of her pull power.

wow i cant belive what hear people say about her ….saying she has no talent is crazy cause she can sing her ass off what i hear her do with her voice and and on stange just blow me away not too many artist can do that …..i think what its just that people are getting tired of her being sucessfull all the time and want to see her have a break down…..dont knock her cause she work hard and some of these other artist dont do nearly as much……keep it up beyonce

It’s sad to see how many people are still hating on this woman…why be mad that she is beautiful and talented and that her husband is one of the greatest hip hop artist. instead of hating on her why not do something with yourself….it’s so sad…so so sad.
