Rap-Up magazine threw a party for their 4th Anniversary and the release of their summer issue recently, at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood. The party was hosted by Ciara and drew celebs such as LeToya Luckett, Adrienne Bailon, Lil Mama, and Teairra Mari, while DJ Skee manned the ones and twos.
