David Otunga, fiance of singer Jennifer Hudson and former "I Love New York 2" contestant, has a new occupation -- pro wrestler.
The 29-year-old reality show actor made his wrestling debut recently on Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), an official development territory of the WWE, according to its website.
Otunga, under the moniker Dawson Alexander, wrestled and defeated Troy Jackman, after finishing him with his signature move called The Verdict.
For those unaware, Otunga has a Havard Law School degree, which he based his wrestling persona and finishing move from.
According to AOL's BlackVoices, he said he decided to become a wrestler because of his amiration of the sport.
I am so happy for David and I do wish him the best in his career. I also would like to thank David for sticking by Jennifer in her time of need. Peace and happiness to the both of you and have a pre-happy fathers day.
David is doing a very good job in wrestling. A very good look right off the bat. I heard Jennifer Hudson is his biggest fan, and that she loves the sport. Now, as for being a lawyer David is still a lawyer. He is just not working as one for the now.
