More details are emerging in the divorce of Usher and his wife Tameka Foster-Raymond.

In a recent statement from her lawyer, she claims to have been a "faithful wife and loving mother" during her relationship with Ursh. But, it only really mattered until last summer, because that's when they legally spit, said reports.

According to E!, divorce documents filed by Usher on Friday (June 12) reveal that the couple have been separated since July 2008, a mere 11 months after getting hitched.

"The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken," read the documents, filed in Georgia. "There is no reasonable hope of reconciliation."

Usher is seeking a full disclosure of documents Tameka kept during the course of the marriage, including tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account info, etc. He also wants copies of "notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes" or other evidence that reflects on his conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either "surveillance or investigation" of her onetime better half.

The latter seems to confirm rumors that Tameka had hired a private detective to trail Usher during their time apart.

Last, but not least, the R&B singer is seeking joint custody of their two sons -- 8-month-old Usher V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely.
