Watch out landlords, model Vida Guerra doesn't like to pay her rent on time, or at all for that matter. That is, according to her previous landlord.

According to TMZ, the 35-year-old model -- known mostly for her big booty -- was sued in L.A. County Superior Court by a former landlord who claims she skipped out on her one year lease.

Her monthly rent was $3,250.

SBL, LLC claims Guerra signed a one-year contract for a Los Angeles apartment back in November 2008, but split after just three months.

In addition to bailing, the company claims she left "stains on the carpets and holes in the walls."

They want Vida to pay a minimum of $35,000 worth of rent she would have payed if she stayed for the one-year period.
