ROME is a young multi-talented artist, in his early 20s, hailing from the streets of Los Angeles. The young of three brothers, the aspiring musician endured a lot of hardships to survive growing up. After his father walked out of his family, his single immigrant mother and his two brothers were left to fend for themselves.

Some of these rough patches of his childhood, and even today's struggle, shines through in his music. Linking up with L.A. based label, BYI, Rome has progressed with his raw production. But as of last year, he's been trying to switch the focus on his solo career.

We caught up with ROME to talk about his struggles, his influences, and what makes this young artist tick.
