Just two weeks after a tragic home accident took the life of his 4-year-old daughter, Mike Tyson tied the knot with his girlfriend Lakiha Spicer during a ceremony in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The couple exchanged vows at the La Bella Wedding Chapel at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel on Saturday night (June 6) in a small, intimate affair with no guests present, expect the wedding chapel's staff and a photographer who doubled as a witness, according to TMZ.

A Chapel spokesman sayd that Tyson and his new wife were "very happy and very sincere" when a limo picked them up at around 9:15 p.m. They obtained a marriage license and then swapped vows 45 minutes later. The ceremony took around 30 minutes.

No photos from the ceremony have been released.

This is Tyson's third try at marriage. He was married to actress Robin Givens in 1988 and to doctor Monica Turner in 1997.

His marriage to Givens lasted just one tumultuous year, while his marriage to Turner lasted five years.

Tyson and Spicer have known each other for 10 years.
