We're kicking off the week with a brilliant new single from Jay-Z, in which he gives his opinion on the autotune hype. Last week, he was named the most powerful player in The Source Annual "Power 30" list, as well as a list of rappers over 30. But age ain't nothing but a number when Hov can learn these youngsters and hipsters a lesson or two. Other highlights include Amerie's new single "Why R U" and Wale's new song "Family Affair", the second leak track from the soundtrack for Rik Cordero's new movie Inside A Change. We're completing the list with new mixtapes from DJ Spinna, DJ Nik Bean, Ocean's 7 and Custom Made, and leaks from the Wu family, Cassie, Garcia and more.

SoulStice ft. Kev Brown - "Birds Eye View" - Listen Here
Track taken from the new album Beyond Borders. SoulStice's author's note for "Bird's Eye View": "I'm from Chicago, but I've lived in the D.C. area for several years. Living in D.C., you're so close to the politics and decision-making, but you're no more able to affect what happens than anyone else. It raises your awareness, but also increases your level of frustration at times. Conceptually, this song is an important piece of the Beyond Borders project because sometimes the best way to impact the world is to take a look at closer look at the way we do things here. I wrote the line about needing a black president well before Obama was elected and I'm happy to see that prophecy fulfilled. Kev Brown, one of Maryland's finest rhymers and beatsmiths, joins me on this one...we actually recorded this joint at Kev's house."
