Rihanna isn't the only person Chris Brown has allegedly been smacking on since all the controversy has sparked.
The singer is facing more legal trouble, after a photographer sued Breezy on Wednesday (May 27) in Los Angeles for allegedly ordering his bodyguards to rough him up outside a L.A. fitness club he was working out at in March.
20-year-old Robert Rosen claims he was chased by the bodyguard, who yelled at him after taking a picture of the singer while he was playing basketball, and attempted to run away, but an employee of L.A. Fitness Club allegedly "tried to block [Rosen's] exit and grabbed his clothing and body."
The suit says he broke free, but fell down a flight of stairs. The bodyguard then allegedly "picked [Rosen] up by his shorts, and physically assaulted him." Rose says he was "severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally," claims he was falsely imprisoned, and is seeking damages covering his medical bills and emotional distress.
In other Brown news, the young singer surfaced in an online video Wednesday, in which he told fans "he ain't a monster," referring to the backlash he's received from the Rihanna assault case.
In the clip, released online, Brown talked about a new album, and plans to release a new single this summer.
"I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I just want to say, 'What up! Cause I ain't been out there in a minute," he said. "New album gonna be coming soon. Working on it right now. It's called Graffiti, got everything on it. Ya'll be ready for that. I'm gonna drop a single this summer for ya'll."
Then, without mentioning Rihanna by name, he closed his 37-second post saying:
"Everybody that's haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you. I ain't a monster."
It is unclear when the video was shot. However, it was first posted on Justin.TV, a video-sharing website similar to YouTube.
