Rapper Talib Kweli tied the knot with DJ Eque on Saturday (May 9) in Bel Air, Califronia, amongst friends and family.

According to a source, the wedding was held at a private residence with a very small group of friends, including Queen Latifah, Questlove, DJ Rashida, Adam Rodriguez (of CSI) and family.

After the ceremony, the reception took place outdoors underneath white tents where guests were served Hennessy Continentals.

The couple have reportedly been engaged since at least 2007. DJ Eque has produced numerous mixtapes for Kweli's label, Blacksmith Music.

Aside from his personal life, Kweli is gearing up for a Reflection Eternal reunion album, a collaborative effort between him and producer Hi-Tek. In 2000, the duo released the now classic Train of Thought.

Today, a new project is in the works, and the pair will be performing on this year's Rock The Bells North American Tour.
