Lakers guard, Derek Fisher, was recently granted an order of protection against a woman he says has been harassing him and his family for a long time -- and seems to be getting more dangerous.
According to TMZ, the woman claims to be in an ongoing relationship with him for years. She's even showed up to their Los Angeles home, scaring both his wife and kids.
Symone may have mental issues. She's even gone as far as changing her last name to Fisher.
The NBA player says Symone has been harassing him for years, but claims they have no relationship and has never had one. The woman believes that she is either married to, or parenting children with the Lakers' star.
TMZ reports that the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is investigating the matter, and recommended that Fisher get a restraining order. The department filed a declaration with the court, claiming her threats were escalating and a matter of concern.
On the woman's MySpace page, she calls herself "The REAL Mrs. Fisher." In court papers, love letters send from 40-year-old Symone said things such as "If I give your sexy ass my new # r u going to call me or will u send the po po after me? Meanie." And another: "Yes, I do want to have your babies -- the ones you keep showing me. Our beautiful sons. Place them in my womb now."
In Fisher's declaration, he says Symone "has repeatedly expressed anger and hostility towards me and my family." He adds, "Given this harassing and stalking behavior, I believe that any sort of further escalation at this point would put me and my family in danger."
In 2005, he applied for a restraining order against the woman, but it was dismissed when he didn't follow through in court.
