Actor Taye Diggs and his wife/actress Idina Menzel are reportedly expecting their first baby after over a decade long relationship, reports Us Magazine.

The couple first met during the original 1996 Broadway production of "Rent" in NYC, and after seven years of dating, they finally married in 2003.

Now, after 13 years together, they are finally pregnant.

Menzel hinted to Us early last year that once she finished promoting her third solo album, I Stand, she would consider starting a family with Diggs. Now, that day has finally come.

"It's definitely in the plans," she told the magazine. "I'll settle down and start popping out some babies."

While it took her a while to consider the possibility of children, she admits that Diggs was ready "the day I met him."

"He wouldn't talk about marriage, but he'd talk about me having his children," Menzel told Us. "He's always wanted kids. He grew up with four younger brothers and sisters, so he's very comfortable around children."
