T-Pain was reportedly injured in golf cart accident on Friday (March 27), resulting in him missing several scheduled engagements over the weekend.

According to reports, Pain suffered cuts to his face, and lost four teeth as a result of the accident.

The injury caused the singer/producer to miss a performance on Lil Wayne's I Am Music Tour in San Jose, California on Friday, and an appearance in Lil Kim's new video.

Disappointed fans were notified by signage at the tour stop in San Jose at the HP Pavilion.

Pain's accident was confirmed by both HP Pavilion reps and Lil Kim.

The Queen Bee told HipHollywood.com that despite his absent, he'll film his part for her video "Download" in the near future.

"He's gonna be in the video, but we have to wait until he heals and gets better," she said. 'So, to my boy T-Peezy, 'Get better baby. We can't wait to see you.'"
