Rootbeer, otherwise known as the duo consisting of Los Angeles rapper Pigeon John and Flynn Adam, are currently on a tour in support of their new album Pink Limousine, which hit stores last week.
The tour, also called the Pink Limousine Tour, kicked off Tuesday (March 17), and will continue on through the Western U.S. spreading the new movement known as Rootbeer.
Thursday, March 19, the duo hits Vice in Austin for SXSW, and will continue on the road, hitting Albuquerque, Denver, Portland and Reno, before wrapping things up in Costa Mesa, California on April 4th.
If you haven't heard of Rootbeer yet, the group describes themselves as "MGMT injected with some N.E.R.D and A Tribe Called Quest."
According to their press release, fans should expect an "unbelievably charismatic live show, mixed with the most infectious hooks you've wrapped your ears around in quite some time." Their lyrics could also add a little to that description as well: "It feels so good, feels so great, feels so wonderful."
Rootbeer's Pink Limousine is in stores now. For more info, visit PigeonJohn.com/Rootbeer.
