As of Monday (March 9), it's been 12 years since the late, great Notorious B.I.G. was gunned down in Los Angeles. He left the music scene so early in life, and despite the time past, a rapper who was close to him while alive, says she still speaks to him.
In an interview with Elliott Wilson's newly launched website RapRadar.com, Lil Kim claimed that beyond death, she still communicates with the late rapper.
"I'm a very spiritual person and he's come to me many of times in my dreams... at the end of the day, he knows who's who and what's what," Kim tells the site. "Believe that. And let me tell you something, the way he's feeling is going to come out. Like, trust me. Everything is going to come out later. You're going to see who he really loved and the ones that's standing up for him the right way is the ones representing him the right way."
Kim even goes on to claim that Biggie even gives her advice. When asked if she'd ever consider reconciling with her former Junior Mafia comrade Lil Cease, she says no, and even says Big gave her that advice.
"I'm going to tell you what my spiritual connection from Biggie is telling me, 'Don't look back, just do you' and that's why my success is right here for me," she claims. "... Biggie said 'Don't look back. Forget Cease, forget all of them because they going to be sorry. 'Cause what they did was wrong' and he knows it."
In addition to her spiritual conversations with Biggie, Kim is currently appearing on the new season of "Dancing With The Stars," which airs Monday nights at 8/7c.
