Lil Wayne and BirdmanCash Money Records was sued last week for breach of contract by a former producer T Mix who claims he's owed more than $2 million from the label for his work with several of their artists including Birdman and Lil Wayne.

According to Courthouse News Service, the producer (real name: Tristan Jones) filed a federal lawsuit last week in which he claims to have been signed to an exclusive production contract with Cash Money Records from November 2005 to sometime in 2007,

During that time, he produced more than 40 master recordings for songs on successful albums such as Birdman's 5 * Stunna, the Lil Wayne/Birdman collabo album Like Father Like Son, Fast Money, and Tha Carter II.

T Mix claims he was promised production royalties on the suggested retail list price, but only received a portion of what he's owned.

He claims the label has profited more than $30 million from his music, but he was paid just $187,000.

T Mix seeks damages for breach of contract in excess of $2.25 million.
