Just as his new video game "Blood On The Sand" hits store shelves this week, 50 Cent announces that he will be the next artist for Xbox Live's Game With Fame session.

The G-Unit boss will give gamers and fans the chance to play alongside the rap superstar on the new game on March 1st.

For a chance to play with Fiddy, you must be an Xbox Live Gold member and send a friend request to the following gamer tags: Fifty Cent GWF, Fifty GWF 2, Fifty GWF 3, and Fifty GWF 4. Once the request is send, you must be online half an hour before (5:30 P.M. ET) the Game with Fame session starts on Sunday (March 1) at 6:00 P.M. ET.

Xbox is asking that gamers write to them and tell them about their experience if they get a chance to play alongside 50. They are asking to send then an e-mail with the subject: "GWF - 50 Cent," with your gamertag and home town included.

In addition to the Game with Fame session, Xbox LIVE's Marketplace has added five of the rapper's songs: "Just A Lil Bit", "Outta Control", "Candy Shop", "Still Will" and "P.I.M.P." All of the songs are available at Marketplace.Xbox.com.

His next album, Before I Self-Destruct, is due out this year.
