For the third year in a row, producer Sha Money XL is taking his One Stop Shop Producer Conference to Arizona in early May.
The third annual event will take place at The Hyatt Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona on May 9th and May 10th, where up-and-coming producers can mingle and pick the brains of producers who already have a name within the music industry.
Over the past two years, the conference has attracted over 700 attendees, and has become one of the most respected producer showcases of the hip-hop calendar. It boasts informative panels, the two-day ground breaking beat battle, and the presence of some of today's best known producers, as well as the opportunity to experiment with new technology trends during break out sessions.
While past panels have drawn the likes of DJ Premier, Swizz Beats, No ID, DJ Toomp, Mr. Porter, Don Cannon, this year boasts names just as big.
This year, hit producers such as Polow Da Don, Pete Rock, Just Blaze, Jim Jonsin, Drumma Boy, Ron Browz and DJ Khalil, among others, will be on hand.
"This year, I took requests from my site to see just who the public wanted present at the 2009 One Stop Shop," said Sha Money XL. "The most feedback received from the people, is that they want more chances to play there music, they want one on one attention, and we plan to do that this year, it's going to be more interactive, more surprise battles, and spotlights."
This year, there will be a new addition to the One Stop Shop's extensive list of panels. There will be the Power Play Panel featuring Chris Lighty, Bryan Leach and Disturbing Tha Peace's Chaka Zulu; and the introduction of the Visual Image Panel that tackles the issues and concepts of art in production, where famed video directors Rik Cordero, Chris Robinson, Lil X and more will speak to attendees.
