Solange Knowles was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday (February 17), after fainting at an airport on her way home from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York.

According to updates on her official Twitter page, the younger sister of Beyonce passed out after taking a dose of Nyquil. When she woke up, she was in the hospital, where she was being treated for dehydration and low blood pressure.

"Woke up to 8 random people over me, laid out on the floor in baggage claim!" she said, via Twitter early this morning. "Guess I passed out! Scary. Hooked up to IV now. Apparently I'm super dehydrated."

In a series of Twitter texts, the singer detailed how it all went down. She claims to that she downed pill-form Nyquil during a flight home, and things went downhill from there.

"I took a Nyquil and I think maybe I'm getting high off it because I'm not sleeping," she wrote, later adding, "everythings movvvvviinnngg slooooowww, lol."

After being hydrated through an IV for the second time this morning, Solange was finally released, with her mom picking her up.

"She was released from the hospital after a second round of IV and a visit from her mother, Tina. "My mom is the best. LOL," Solange wrote. "She's like, ain't nothing wrong with this girl, she need some water and rest... Pull up the car! LOL."

Upon leaving, doctors ordered her to rest and drink lots of water.
