 Although both Chris Brown and Rihanna are still tight-lipped about their domestic spat last week, Brown's father is speaking up.
According to Clinton Brown, his son is home regrouping.
"Just know that he's home," Brown's biological dad, Clinton Brown, told People. "He needed some time to get his thoughts together and regroup."
The 19-year-old singer is also said to be "remorseful" about the entire situation.
"He's reflecting on this situation," his father explained. "He's very remorseful. He's very concerned about the situation and he wants to make sure that [Rihanna's] okay.
"This is unfortunate, this stumble, this situation," Brown continued. "Hopefully, he will get past it. We all have our shortcomings. We all trip."
Although Clinton said Chris is home, he did not offer any specific location, other than "Let's just say he's home." Reports have said the singer is to remain in Los Angeles until an investigation is over.
Brown has only been charged with making criminal threats in the case thus far, but could face felony domestic violence charges. Right now, he's waiting a decision from L.A. District Attorney's Office, which could come later next week.
