The bitter legal battle between Eddie Murphy and former Spice Girl Mel B., over child support, has finally come to an end, after a judgment has forced Murphy to cough up millions.

According to the Bossip.com, a judge has ordered the comedian/actor to pay a reported $51,000 a month in child support to Melanie Brown for their 22-month-old daughter Angel Iris until the age of 18.

After it's said and done, Murphy will have paid out $10 million in child support.

Additionally, he will also have visitation rights.

Murphy originally questioned whether he was the father of Angel, until paternity tests showed the results.

"I don't know whose child that is," Murphy said in 2006, "until it comes out and has a blood test."

The legal battle has lasted for over a year. According to a friend of Mel, she's happy the dispute has been resolved.

"Mel is delighted that the case is over," the unnamed friend said. "She just wanted what was right for the girl."
