The rumored rock album from Lil Wayne is true. As previously reported, the New Orleans rapper has a rock album in the works, and revealed a little info about it to MTV.

The new album will be titled Rebirth, and is already slated for an April 7th release date, his publicist confirmed.

The first single is called "Prom Queen." It will debut on the Internet right after a live stream of his concert in San Diego on MySpace.com on January 27, reports MTV.
