Jay-Z has said before that he was gonna retire, and then dropped yet another album. If he did actually retire, what would he do?

The rapper recently said that he's becoming quite the art buff, and if that day of retirement does come, he just may open his own high-end gallery, according to The Mirror UK.

Jay recently revealed that his wifey Beyonce's love for art has rubbed off on him, and he's begun collecting a bunch of art pieces.

"Bey is really into art and now I am too. I'm building a collection, but at the moment, I am just buying things I like and seeing where it takes me," said the hip-hop mogul.

"I have a lot of pieces from Damien Hirst and Richard Price -- they are incredible artists. ... Damien Hirst's 'Beat Life, Cheat Death' piece was inspired by one of my songs, so that was cool," Jay continued.

He added that when the time comes, he might consider opening a gallery. "When I finally hang up the microphone I could even exhibit my own collection."
