While the economy is suffering, companies are demanding every dime their owed, and are suing to make sure they get it.

The most recent comes from a Florida florist who claims producer Timbaland owes them money in Christmas decorations, but never paid.

According to TMZ.com, the White Tulip Florist in Miami Beach has filed legal papers to slap a lien on the producer's (real name: Timothy Zachery Mosley) Miami mansion for not paying the full bill on $25,850 worth of trees, flowers, and lights.

The florist claims, Timbo paid, but still owes just over $11,000 on his bill.

TMZ reports that the producer got angry when he saw the bill, demanding that he only pay the wholesale cost. However, the florist showed him the price list in response, but Timbo didn't care.

Calls put into Timbaland's camp for comment were not returned by press time.
