DMX still can't get it together it seems. A Phoenix judge issued a warrant for the rapper on Friday (December 5) when X failed to show up for a hearing early Friday morning.
It's the second time this year, X (real name: Earl Simmons) failed to appear in Maricopa County Superior Court. He didn't show up for a pre-trial hearing in August, and now, he's done it again.
As a result of the warrant being issue, the Associated Press reports that Judge Michael Kemp has raised DMX's bond to $120,000 cash.
The rapper is facing charges of drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty stemming from three separate felony arrests.
DMX's attorney, Charles Kolzelka, says the rapper is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility.
His Florida attorney told TMZ that X was supposed to show the judge documentation proving his rehab stint during his court appearance today, but obviously that didn't happen.
