We're back again with our October installment of the shopping guide for all you avid BallerStatus.com readers. We've comprised a brand new list of some of the things we like that you might want to cop.
LRG's 2 Minutes To Midnight Jacket
For the big spenders and gold diggers among us, LRG recently introduced the 2 Minutes To Midnight Jacket. Earlier this year, KarmaloopTV spent the day with LRG co-founder Jonas Bevacqua in Las Vegas during the Magic Fashion tradeshow, where Bevacqua was seen wearing the jacket. Get your shine on with this noticeable bling creation, which weighs in at a whopping 35 pounds and has a matching $2,000 price tag. It features amazing cut & sew detail, stunning satin interior lining, ribbed cuffs, full-leather accents, and shining gold studs and is available at Karmaloop.

Amazon's Kindle
Oprah loves it, and so do we. She recently ran a segment on her popular talk show during her "Favorite Things" episode, and we were impressed. This little device, which is about the size of a notebook of paper, stores all your books and newspapers all in one place, as well as updated info from top internet blogs. With the Kindle, you never need to lug around several books on vacation, and you have all your titles in one place. You want another book? That's not a problem, you can go directly to the Amazon.com store, on the device, purchase a book and have it delivered right to the device, wirelessly, within minutes. It holds up to 200 titles, but has an SD memory card slot that supports up to 4 more GB, or nearly 3,000 books. The downside is that it's a little pricey -- selling for $359 on Amazon. But, if you buy and read books constantly, it's sure to pay for itself pretty quickly. You can pick on up at Amazon.com.
Crooks & Castles 2 Castles Flannel
As you may have noticed, the flannel is back in style again. Some of us over here at BallerStatus have always been partial to the flannel 'cause they are just plain cool, but they haven't been very popular since Nirvana's reign in the 90s. Anyway, they're back, and Crooks & Castles have dropped a version with their own spin on the flannel. Their version features an all-over plaid pattern, shoulder epaulets, two button flap chest pockets, a black Crooks logo stitching on the back, black castle stitching on left sleeve, a Crooks logo label on the button lining, and a button flap cuff closure. One note, the logos are done subtly, so it doesn't take away from the plaid pattern. They look nice, and are available in black, green and red. They are selling for $99 on KarmaLoop.com.

Ultrasone DJ1 S-Logic Surround Sound Professional Headphones
DJ's know what they want, and Ultrasone surely knows how to fulfill their needs. The DJ1 S-Logic Headphones are all about comfort and utility, massive-clear sound, genuine beats, strong output, durability and cutting-edge technology. The sound quality of these phones make Ultrasone one of the top-notch leaders in the DJ scene. Both the S-Logic technology and Ultra Low Emission (ULE-technology) belong to this model. The S-Logic technology is described as "Natural Surround Sound" and simply means that you hear what you see: 3-dimensional. No other digital surround system can compare with this standard. As the sound of normal headphones will sound direct and even on both sides, the S-Logic system pushes the sound around the listeners head. It appears as though you are listening to speakers meters away. Although the DJ1 seems heavily built, the headphones are made for compact storage - black velvet transportation bag included - and one-ear-listening due to the easy folding-mechanism.
The Ultrasone DJ1 S-Logic Headphones cost $129 and can be purchased at the official Ultrasone store.
Shocking the rules with Fujizaki
A few years back, the Japanese architect Fujizaki Ryo retired from the wild slopes of Tsukuban, that stretch over the wide plain situated north of Tokyo. Not only did he have plenty of time to meditate on human condition, he also followed a very personal vision and decided to dress humanity "in his own fashion." The Tokyo resident started to work with designers from various cultural and geographical backgrounds, who provided him with the necessary expertise, experience and field knowledge for his creations. Fujizaki's international clothing collection lauds the interbreeding of genres and cultures, as well as the union of styles and freedom of choice. Fujizaki now launched a new line of extraordinary hats, using various materials (velvet, nylon and more), diverse artwork and a wide range of colors. The hats are priced at $50 and are available at Fujaki.com.
Nike Air Magma
We spotted this over at Complex, and they look dope. Apparently, in celebration of its 20th anniversary, Nike is releasing a series of re-issues and modern takes on classic trail shoes. The Air Magma, a leather boot that debuted in 1981 as a mountain boot, gets an update. The new version comes equipped with waterproof rip-stop nylon in five ACG colorways. The black version is available across the globe, yellow is exclusive to the U.S., and the pictured magenta is a 21 Mercer (NY) exclusive color-way. The other two, which we aren't sure the colors are, are available in Asia. They drop November 22. Check NikeSportsWear.com for updates.
