 Cash Money Records co-founder, Birdman, recently revealed that he plans to release a film starring himself and rapper Lil Wayne titled Life Father, Like Son, named after their 2006 collabo album of the same title.
Birdman, also known as Baby, spilled the news to radio personalities, Ed Lover and Free, backstage at New York's Power 105.1 Powerhouse concert this week.
"Me and Wayne just finished this movie -- Like Father, Like Son -- that's coming out in June and the album coming out at the same time," he said. "That's what we do. Just me being myself. I just wanted to, it's something we wanted to fund. It's ours."
Details regarding the film were not disclosed, but Birdman said it'll be about growing up in their hometown of New Orleans.
"So, it's really what it is, like father, like son," Birdman explained. "Normal day growing up in New Orleans, you know. Hood rich."
