 After a very brief engagement, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, have reportedly married during a very intimate and secret ceremony.
According to reports from Latina magazine, 38-year-old Carey and 27-year-old Cannon tied the knot at the pop diva's Eleuthera home in the Bahamas on Wednesday (March 30), with just close friends in attendance, including rapper Da Brat.
In addition, the couple are said to not have signed a prenup, as reported by The Post.
The information had come from sources close to the couple said reports.
MTV put a call into the Register's Office in Eleuthera, who said no one by the names Mariah Carey or Nick Cannon have filed for a marriage license.
Speculation is running rampant, calling the news nothing but a publicity stunt.
The couple reportedly met in March when Cannon appeared in Carey's video for "Bye, Bye," where sources said their romance was "hot and heavy."
The rumors were fueled further when Carey showed up to a New York party on Monday (April 28) wearing a massive diamond ring on her ring finger.
Attempts for statements for both celebs were to no avail at press time.
