Rapper Bubba Sparxxx has inked deal with Koch Records for his own label New South Entertainment.

The first release under the new deal with be the rapper's fourth studio album, which is slated for the summer.

"Bubba Sparxxx is the rapper's rapper," said Alan Grunblatt, General Manager of Koch Records. "He continually surprises his fans with his diversity and comes out with hit after hit. We're thrilled to be working with him."

Since his last album, Bubba has been constanting recording. Koch says his new material "will blow away his long time fans" and "make believers out of new ones."

Bubba first entered the scene in 2001 with his gold certified album, Dark Days, Bright Nights, which spawned his first breakout hit "Ugly." He followed up with his genre-bending Deliverance; an album that took many fans by surprise and earned the rapper much critical acclaim, despite not performing as well commercially.

His last album, The Charm, saw Bubba back at the clubs, as he churned out another massive hit with "Ms. New Booty."

To date, Sparxxx's three albums have collectively sold over 1.3 million albums in the U.S. alone.
