The top winners at the 2007 Ozone Awards on Monday (August 13) were T-Pain and Lil Wayne, who took home the most trophies with a total of three, at the event which took place at Miami's James L. Knight Center.

Among the awards for the rapper-ternt-singer were TJ's DJ's Huslter Award, Best R&B Artist, and Best Rap/R&B Collaboration, while Weezy won Best Rap Artist and Best Lyricist honors.

"It's only one thing I want to say to a lot of people," T-Pain said when he took the stage to accept the Hustler award. "Told you!"

Coming in after T-Pain and Weezy was Miami native, DJ Khaled, who walked away with two awards.

The awards weekend drew in artists and industry folk from all over -- East Coast, the South and the West Coast. It was another successful year for the rising Southern-based magazine.

"The TJ's DJ's and Second Annual Ozone Awards successfully brought together some of the biggest and future stars of hip-hop for one weekend to celebrate the evolution of Southern hip-hop to the masses," said TJ's DJ's founder TJ Chapman and Ozone founder Julia Beverly. "We thank everyone from the artists and producers to the DJs for their role in the success of the movement. We look forward to making next year's festivities even bigger."

Those in attendence included Rich Boy, Twista, Sirius Jones, Papoose, Dipset, Mistah FAB and Keak da Sneak, while Southern rappers such as Lil' Boosie, Foxx, Webbie, Hurricane Chris, Soulja Boy, and Baby Boy all came to perform and tore down the stage.
