Superhead is back. Yep, former video model Karrine Steffans, who called out names in her tell-all book about affairs she had with the industry's biggest stars two years ago is planning a return.

After penning tales of love affairs with the likes of Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, DMX, Diddy and Shaq in her autobiography, Confessions of a Video Vixen, she has a second book on the horizon, titled The Vixen Diaries, so looks like the new generation of rap celebs aren't safe.

According to Steffans' official website, the new book will paint a picture of her life from when her first book was released all the way to last month.

She does not go into details about the new names she puts on blast, but in an upcoming issue of King magazine, she revealed that she had a couple new affairs over the past two years with some big name artists, and doesn't bite her tongue.

In the interview with King, she talks about encounters with both Lil Wayne and Ne-Yo. She doesn't give out too much juice about Weezy, but Ne-Yo on the other hand is a little more interesting.

Rumors of Ne-Yo and Superhead have been circulating for the past few weeks, so Steffans confirmed the rumors. According to her, she got Ne-Yo's e-mail address with hopes of being in one of the singer's videos. Steffans said they met for the first time recently on the set of Fabolous' "Make Me Better" video and hooked up that night.

"We're driving down the street, a car pulls up to my car," Steffans told King, according to MTV. "My boy Chris is like, 'What's up?' They rolled down the back window and it's Ne-Yo, and he was like, 'Is Karrine in there?' Chris was like, 'Yeah, yeah, she's here.' He got out the car and he came by and was like, 'I'm heading back to my room, meet me at the hotel.' We all went to the hotel after that. We hung out all night with Ras Kass and some other girls in the room. The whole time he was just rubbing my feet. Just biting on my feet, rubbing on them. But we were comfortable ever since. Then we spent the next couple of days together. Ne-Yo looked at me right in my face and said, 'I don't care what happened before, but your life didn't start until the day you met me, and no matter what happens if we just stay friends, we end up together it doesn't matter.' I just felt like I'd known him all my life. When that got out, I actually panicked. I was nervous. Because I didn't want him to think that I did that. That's not my style."

Ne-Yo has denied the rumors since they leaked, claiming the two have only exchange small talk in passing, the two times they met.

In the magazine, the former-model-turned-author says her new book is even more personal than her first one, despite being as explicit as you can possible get in Confessions of a Video Vixen. According to her, her first book was written from memory, while The Vixen Diaries fresh emotion and "the information is in real time."

The forthcoming book is scheduled to be release September 25.
