Vida Guerra, the model/singer who is known for her voluptuous backside, was recently accused of leaking nude photos to the internet as a publicity stunt by former label Flash Records. On behalf of Guerra, her management has released a statement to BallerStatus denying the accusations in their entirety.

"All the statements in this article are false and is a defamation of character on Vida's behalf," a rep from Vida's management released to BallerStatus.

According to her management, the accusations were made "after the model refused to sign with Flash Records owned by Flash Rodriguez, who has allegedly threatened to ruin her career."

Guerra has retained counsel and plans to take legal action against Flash Records and its CEO, Flash Rodriguez.

Apparently, Ms. Guerra has inked a deal with a new label -- which is currently unknown -- where she plans to release her yet-to-be-titled debut album. Vida has already begun work on the album, and has worked with many well known producers, according to her rep.

Vida is currently touring the country, as well signing autographs for the release of her new 2006 calendars, which are available for purchase now on her official site, VidasWorld.com.
